When you use our website, submit a form, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, city and state, licensing status, and how you heard about us. When you create an account or apply to become an advisor, we collect the additional information described below. We only collect information you choose to provide.

To use account features, you can register with your email address and a password, or sign in through a one-time magic link sent to your email. New accounts confirm ownership of the email address before sign-in, and you can reset your password by email. We store your email address, an encrypted representation of your password, and basic profile details such as your first and last name. We never store your password in readable form.

If you save or bookmark resources while signed in, we associate those saved items with your account so you can return to them from your dashboard. This information is visible only to you and to authorized members of our team.

If you become an LTN advisor, we collect the details needed to build and maintain your profile, such as your biography, the states you are licensed in, your certifications, and related professional information. Advisor profiles are published to our public team directory only after review and only when you and our team choose to publish them.

As part of advisor onboarding, you may upload documents such as licenses, certifications, resumes, and a headshot. These files are stored privately in access-controlled storage. Access is limited to you and the authorized members of our team who need it to review your application and maintain your profile. Uploaded documents are not made public.

When you book an appointment on our site, we collect the details needed to schedule and prepare for it: your name, email, phone, city and state, the type of appointment, and any non-medical context you choose to share (for example an income estimate, insurance type, coverage situation, or target effective date, plus an optional note). Some appointment types are reserved for verified existing clients; as part of the booking process, we may ask for information needed to confirm your existing client relationship using our current verification methods. Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, health history, or other protected health information through appointment booking forms. When that information is needed, we collect it separately through designated secure systems.

If an existing client refers you, they share a private referral code, never an internal ID. When you book with that code, we link your appointment to the person who referred you so we can thank them and serve you both well. Invalid, mismatched, duplicate, or self-referrals may be disregarded. You can always decline to identify a referrer.

Our License Verification Center helps you confirm an advisor's license through the official state Department of Insurance. When you use it, we do not collect the names or license numbers you search. Verification links take you to the relevant state's official lookup tool, which is operated by that government agency under its own privacy practices. The official state record is always the authoritative source; LTN provides the directory of where to look, not a copy of the state's data.

When you need to share sensitive documents with us, we direct you to a dedicated secure upload service operated by a specialized third-party provider. Those files are transmitted to and stored within that provider's secure environment under its own security and privacy practices, not on this website. We intentionally do not store protected health information on this site.

We use the information you share to create and manage your account, review applications, publish approved advisor profiles, respond to inquiries, and communicate with you about LTN Collective. We do not sell your personal information.

Account, application, and profile information is stored in our secure backend and, where relevant, transmitted to our workflow tools so our team can review and follow up. Access is limited to people who need it to serve you.

We use three categories of cookies and similar technologies. Necessary cookies keep you signed in, protect the site, and remember basic display preferences, and are always on because the site cannot function without them. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand how the site is used, and marketing cookies support advertising and audience tools if we enable them in the future. Necessary cookies remain enabled at all times, while analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you opt in. You can accept, decline, or change these choices at any time through the Cookie Preferences control in our footer, and you can review the details on our Cookie Policy page.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our site, such as which pages are viewed, general location at a city or region level, device and browser type, and how visitors move through the site. This helps us improve our content and experience. We use Google Consent Mode, so no analytics cookies or identifiers are set until you opt in, and you can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Preferences. We do not use this data to make automated decisions about you, and we do not use sensitive information for advertising. Google Analytics may process data on servers located in countries outside your own; Google provides contractual safeguards designed to protect personal information where required by law.

Our site works alongside a number of third-party services, each with its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review: Google Analytics (usage analytics, consent-gated); our backend and authentication provider (secure storage of account, application, and profile data); our hosting and content-delivery provider (site delivery and security); appointment scheduling tools; payment providers, where applicable; secure document-upload providers used to collect sensitive files off this site; and insurance carrier portals and tools used to service coverage. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep account, application, profile, and uploaded document information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

You may review, update, or request deletion of your account and the information you've shared with us at any time by contacting us or by using the controls in your account.
