Career Path

See where you can go before you begin.

LTN Collective is built so a career can grow in more than one direction. Your level, your leadership role, and the capabilities you earn advance independently — so you are never boxed into a single path.

Career Levels reflect current professional standing and may change over time. Experience reflects history and never decreases.

How growth works

Four things grow independently

Most agencies bundle everything into one title. We keep them separate so your growth is never all-or-nothing. And what you sell is a separate question entirely — see below.

Career Track

What do you do?

Your function at LTN — Advisor, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or Leadership.

Career Level

How senior are you?

Your rung on the ladder, earned by a multi-factor scorecard — never production or tenure alone.

Organizational Role

Where do you lead?

Individual Contributor, Coach, Team Lead, Agency Leader, or Regional Leader. Seniority does not force leadership.

Capabilities

What can you do?

Granular powers like Recruit, Approve Advisors, or Compliance — granted explicitly, independent of your title.

What you sell is a separate question

The products you offer — Medicare, ACA, Life, Dental, Group Benefits and more — are governed by a separate eligibility engine (are you licensed, enabled, and public for each?). It is not a rung on the ladder; it is what you are currently qualified and configured to provide.
